I had a recall on my 2016 Rogue. The card Saud it would take an hour to complete. When I made the appointment, I was told it should only take about 20 minutes. True to their word, I was only there about 20 minutes. Thanks for keeping to your word!

I had oil change, tire rotation, recall item, and washed my car! Very pleas d with the service and how they kept me informed. I really appreciate them washing my car. That shows how much they value me as a customer. That's going the extra and that's great!!

My overall experience at Deacon Jones Nissan of Goldsboro NC was very relaxing. Chris inform me the amount of time it would take . Every time he walk passed me he reassured me the time remaining.
