We, me and my son, arrived earl to have our Nissan Frontier truck's to be serviced. Mine is a 201 and his is a 2016. Chris greeted us with a smile and we will start on them in a few minutes. Advised him ok we were in no hurry. He is always very pleasant and professional. We were out in no time and Chris advised what had been done to each truck and thanked us.

It was AWESOME as was my visit on 7-14-16… Allan and Ric took exceptional care of me and my vehicles.. Allan even texted me on the way to Black Mountain on 7-13-16 to tell me what he did to solve my vehicle issues… Professionalism that can't be beat!! If everything stays the same when you move to the new facilities, I will be a HAPPY Nissan owner!!!

I have just moved from Goldsboro NC to Ballston Spa NY. I am going to miss your service department and in particular the service manager Rick. He has continuously provided me excellent service and advice each time I have brought my car their for service in the past eight years. Without a he has provided excellent customer service at the contact point and always steered me in the right directing. He should be commended. I am sure is us a valuable asset to your dealership. He is very knowledgeable and has diagnosed many problems in a matter of seconds. I cannot say enough about the quality service he has given me. My only regret is that I cannot bring him to the Nissan dealership in my area. Please commend him for the excellent service he has provided to me and undoubtedly to all the customers he deals with.
