We have bought 3 cars from Deacon Jones Nissan in the past 6 years and I think this experience was the easiest. Scott was very nice and personable. Since my time was limited due to previous engagements that weekend Scott made sure my time was not wasted and my wait was not very long. He was quick to answer any questions that I had and went beyond to make sure the deal went smoothly. Kevin, Daniel, Russ and the whole team were polite and made us feel very welcome.

Mr. Jones was very easy to talk with. We told him what we were interested in, what our budget was. AJ was very knowledgeable on every vehicle we considered purchasing and he went into detail to explain the options on each one. He let us test drive several vehicles until we found the one that met all of our expectations. And what started out as a rough and stressful week due to my wife and I being in a car accident and our Rouge was deemed to be a total loss, with AJ, Kevin and their colleagues kindness, compassion, professionalism, and diligence, our week ended on a positive note. My Experience with Deacon Jones in Goldsboro was excellent. Mr. Patino was straight forwards with me. He explained everything very thorough and to the point.
