I had a very enjoyable experience in purchasing my car from DJ Nissan. From the moment I sent the email expressing interest in the vehicle, Tiffany exhibited extraordinary customer service. She promptly called and set up my appointment. As i came into the dealership, she was a very pleasant and welcoming personality throughout the entire experience. Unlike many other dealers that I had dealt with over the past few weeks, she was not overly pushy and was willing to listen without forcing my decisions. Overall great experience from start to finish. From working with Tiffany to locate the vehicle that met my required specs and going on a test drive, to working with Rus the finance manager and Brian the general manager during financing, and working again with Tiffany and Hilary after the sale. There were a few small things that needed to be done to the vehicle and they were able to get everything taken care of as promised and in a timely fashion. They came and picked up my vehicle and provided a rental car while the repairs were done. Excellent service from everyone before, during and after the sale.
