I would like to say from the time we walked in the door the customer service was awesome. Directed to Mr. Gerardo and he help us out, worked with us from beginning until end. Even after we were turned down by the company that we brought other vehicle from. We drove in on 2006 vehicle and rolled out on 2015 fully loaded. What a happy experience. I'm still in disbelief. Had a Great experience!!! Went to another dealership the night before and the finance manager was not as nice, it was more like this is all I can do and that is that. Needless to say they did not get my business, besides most car dealerships in Jacksonville NC are overpriced. My sister referred me to this dealership and I'm so glad she did. I had an great experience. It was well worth the 1hr and 30 min drive. My salesman Tavarus was Awesome!!! He took his time to listen to what I wanted, wasn't pushy like most salesman and he got me a great deal on my new car. The finance manager was great as well, it was pretty much like what did they need to do in order to do business with me. I told them and it was done. I'm in love with my car but I love the deal I got on my brand new car better. Everyone was friendly, customer service was great. I already told all my friends and family when they ready for a car to go here. This is my first great experience buying a car and this is my 4th car, the other 3 I purchased in Jacksonville but in Jacksonville they try and get off on the military and up charge their cars because of the military base. I saved so much money coming here and got the car I wanted and at the price I wanted. I will definitely be doing business again here. Go see Tavarus, he will take great care of you :)
