The 2019 Nissan Altima is more loaded, well equipped with the recent technology to include Bluetooth, 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, Apple and Android smartphone integration, keyless ignition, automatic braking, four USB ports, and remote begin.
The cabin controls for both cars are easy-to-use. The Sentra is little smaller than the Altima in terms of leg space and seating, which is designed to be more ergonomically.
