2019 Nissan Armada | Deacon Jones Nissan
The 2019 Nissan Armada is a 7 or 8-seat family vehicle that comes with a standard automatic emergency braking system. The car is big enough to haul an entire baseball team of children, and the powerful V8 engine provides a strong pull. The vehicle is available in four trim levels- SV, SL, Platinum, and Platinum Reserve, and it is far more comfortable than most vehicles in that segment.
The engine that is offered is a 5.6-liter V-8 with a horsepower of 390. This makes the car extremely powerful but also very fuel-thirsty. A 7-speed automatic transmission is coupled with this engine, and it is available in rear wheel drive or 4-wheel drive. Just like other body-on-frame SUVs, the Nissan Armada has a decent towing capacity which can drag up to 8,500 pounds when tied to the rear bumper. This is sufficient for a trailer full of goods, a boat or a camper. The car really comes out on its own when its interiors are considered. There is plenty of space in the vehicle in the first two rows of seats. The third row is better suited to house children. The cargo space is also reasonably large even when all three rows of seats are upright and in place. Apart from the automatic emergency braking system, another new feature that has been introduced in the 2019 model is an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system. The car also comes equipped with driver assistance features such as adaptive cruise control, forward collision warning, and a rear door alert.
The large exterior of the car is a boon to the interiors as it makes it extremely roomy. The exterior design is decked with a lot of curves which might not be to everyone’s taste. Nissan Armada’s grille is equipped with two V-shaped bars that go with the typical styling of Nissan. The rear has a rounder appearance with clear lenses on the taillights. Despite the size of the vehicle, it handles surprisingly well. While the suspensions are soft giving it a feel of floatiness, it doesn’t affect the driver’s control of the car.
